Business Analyst

Your Challenge

As a Business Analyst, you work in highly collaborative mode with the product teams and Accell Regions to capture and document business requirements, define business processes and functional designs in areas of eCommerce initiatives (including CRM and PIM). You understand that product and customer data are vital in the customers journey and therefore the role is focused on integrated data process in multiple customer journeys

Your Job

You will be working together with the Product Owners and Architects on the day-to-day performance of the platforms as well as the development of new features. You can identify business needs and translate these into smart solutions. You will support in having bugs identified and fixed, gathering, and documenting requirements and implementing and testing new features, anything from product data management flows to enhanced return opportunities for customers

  • You collaborate regularly with business stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, and other cross-functional teams to improve our ecommerce processes.
  • You analyze, standardize and identify gaps in processes. Coordinate activities to address issues with stakeholders across the organization.
  • You will align with both external parties to ensure business continuity and identify bottlenecks/business opportunities
  • You act as an advisor and propose alternatives that provide more or similar business value to less costs.
  • Identify and report opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality.

Your background

  • Passion for new technologies and up to date with eCommerce trends and best practices
  • Experience with analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional technical requirements and process flows
  • Have worked in an Agile development environment and with a product backlog
  • Knowledge of one or more domains within an E-Commerce environment, such as Order Management, CRM, PIM, Payment, Fulfillment
  • Knowledge of key eCommerce Flow for Order & Delivery, Product Data, Customer Data, Customer Service
  • Web Applications in the context of Microservice and Headless Architecture 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • You are resident in the Netherland

Nice to have knowledge and experience within:

  • Advanced eCommerce solutions (Headless Platforms)
  • Data-driven Product Management
  • Professional experience in the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) online retail
  • Providing system demonstrations and training to client business users.
