The Business Controller P&A supports financial performance management by providing clear insights into business results, margins, and working capital. You will play a key role in financial planning processes and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
The role requires someone who is analytical, data-driven, and able to translate numbers into actionable insights for the business.
Analyzing financial results, margins, and working capital on a monthly basis
Supporting and delivering the monthly closing process and financial control activities
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and latest estimates
Delivering weekly cash-flow forecasts
Supporting the Sales Director in explaining the story behind the numbers
Preparing analysis related to margin performance, turnover mix, and cost control
Building business cases to support business initiatives and decision-making
Ensuring reporting requirements from Group and other stakeholders are delivered on time
Acting as a finance point of contact for business-related questions
Participating in improvement projects, such as distribution cost optimization initiatives
Working closely with the Business Controller Bikes and providing backup support when required
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience in business control
Strong understanding of General Ledger processes and financial reporting
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing procedures
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Knowledge of ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
A data-driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities
Professional English communication skills, written and verbal
A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration
