Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site.
Maintain and improve the ISO 45001 management system and support integrated systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Act as the main contact for HSE matters with internal teams, authorities, and external partners.
Lead incident and accident investigations, and implement preventive actions.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Deliver HSE training and promote a strong safety culture among employees.
Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation related to HSE performance.
Support projects and investments from a health, safety, and environmental perspective.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
Represent the company during audits and official inspections.
