NPI End-to-end Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with the drive to lead end-to-end NPI projects in the bike manufacturing industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Project Manager at Accell.

About the role
As a E2E Project Manager at Accell, you will take charge of end-to-end developing and lauching new bike introductions, serving as the driving force behind their success. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring these projects, in terms of time, budget, quality, and customer expectations.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with R&D, Brand Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Unit, Quality, Sales, Service, and Suppliers;
  • Translating project goals into SMART objectives for project team members;
  • Taking decisions within the project boundaries (scope, timing, budget, quality) to ensure meeting project goals.
  • Defining business cases, project budgets, project teams, and timelines;
  • Requested and non requested advice to management and senior management concerning NPI / bike transfer company policy.
  • Making project-related decisions within project boundaries and setting priorities for the team;
  • Assessing project feasibility to achieve project goals and advising Program Manager on a.o. feasibility of product portfolio whishes.
  • Identifying collaboration and communication issues within Accell and taking corrective actions;
  • Adhering to the NPI/bike manufacturing transfer process and providing risk-based justification for any deviations.

  • Proven track record in managing NPI projects within the manufacturing industry.
  • The ability to make well-informed decisions to meet project goals.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • A passion for the world of cycling and a genuine interest in our products.
  • You have a good command of the english language both spoken and written. 
  • You want to work either in the Netherlands or in Germany.
