Group Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role
The role of the Supply chain Planning Analyst is to make sure that the stakeholders are provided with the right insights to make the best possible decision at any given point in time. Your main tasks are:

  • Development of dashboards of different types (Power BI, BI, Excel, etc) by collecting the information from different sources (BO, Excel, manual entry, etc.);
  • Attend meetings to understand the business needs on Analytics and ultimately support the Planning managers in the various forums such as S&OP and Supply related issues;
  • Delivering the right forecast to the suppliers;
  • Implementing vendor performance measurement systems;
  • Create clear and concise Power Point presentations with summarized KPI results to trigger actions, do the presentations to the corresponding stakeholders and follow up on the actions;
  • Continuously improving the reporting by a customer-oriented mindset, always keeping in mind the problems we are trying to solve and the questions we are trying to answer, aiming at keeping it as simple and visual as possible

The department
The Planning is composed of 20-25 people divided into the different steps of the Supply Chain. The Regional Planners bring the insight of the Market needs, the Factory Master Planners do the production plan as close as possible to the demand by considering the constraints, and the Purchasing teams take care of procuring the required raw material to make the planned production. The role of the Group is to orchestrate centrally the different teams, so the information and the material flows smoothly end-to-end in the supply chain

Your location will be one of the Accell offices in Europe, for example Amsterdam / Heerenveen / Apeldoorn (NL), Dijon (FR). You will have the flexibility to work from home but appreciate being able to come to our office at least twice a week. In addition, you are willing to travel to other locations from time to time.

What do you bring

  • Experience with reporting tools, mainly BO and Power BI, preferably having developed in supply Chain dashboards;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • Customer oriented - able to understand what the (internal) customer needs;
  • Ability to persuade internal stakeholders using information, reports and communication tools;
  •  Flexible, analytical!, target driven, result-oriented, strong engagement and communication skills;
  • You have an academic degree in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, supply chain or similar;
  • Someone who has built a sol id experience in the data analytics and is willing to extend the scope to have a wider view about the company is also welcome;
  • You speak and write the English language excellently, in addition you are also fluent in German, Dutch or French.
