About the job
To further strengthen our business, we are launching a search for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. Together with your colleagues, you play a crucial role in developing and executing our recruitment strategy, ensuring we acquire top-tier talent to drive organizational growth and success. Accell Group has grown by a number of acquisitions and thus HR processes, systems and services differs greatly from location to location. The company is on a journey to completely redesign HR to develop a best in class highly efficient HR function capable of providing extraordinary service and support for the entire organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key part of this initiative. In this challenging role, you are not only responsible for the entire recruitment process, you are also a driven pioneer who takes on an expert role. In addition to operational recruitment, the agenda includes multiple projects such as Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding and onboarding. Together with the team, you will help build the Talent Acquisition department into a future-proof employer brand for the Accell Group.

Your responsibilities 

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Leading HRBP´s to understand the recruitment need and ensure a smooth and professional end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events and employee referrals;
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs;
  • Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to establish partnership and recruitment channels;
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and ensure a fair and unbiased approach to hiring;
  • Assist in the creation of engaging and innovative recruitment campaigns and content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, websites and other social media channels;
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements;
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company´s reputation as the employer of choice.

You have worked in a similar role for some years and you have obtained this experience in an international company with high standards of Talent Acquisition initiatives. With your deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding and candidate experience, you have a strong track record of successfully filling critical roles across diverse functions and geographies. You have a solid foundation in sourcing techniques, with a knack for uncovering hidden talent. You flourish well in a cross-functional and international environment. You are a true business partner with strong stakeholder management skills. You are excellent at fostering high engagement and enthusiasm.   • Is comfortable speaking their mind, challenging the beliefs of stakeholders at all levels, and implementing necessary initiatives to embrace true change;
  • Has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple end-to-end hiring processes independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic organization;
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Is fluent in English and preferably has proficiency in multiple languages
  • Has experience and ability to operate in a matrix reporting environment as part of a Centre of Expertise;
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
