About the job
As our IT Infrastructure Lead, you will partner with the Head of IT Infrastructure to spearhead the technology execution for our enterprise. You will design and implement infrastructure solutions that support a modern workplace environment, including collaboration tools, productivity applications, and communication systems. Your role will involve migrating all Microsoft applications from SCCM to Intune and architecting the necessary infrastructure components such as PCs, terminals, scanners, printers, voice picking systems, unified communication systems, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

In this role, you will collaborate with security teams to ensure robust security measures are in place and maintain endpoint security. You will manage applications via Intune, provide technical guidance and support to end-users, and develop and maintain documentation and SOPs. Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices will be crucial as you make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the modern workplace infrastructure with other systems and processes, participate in infrastructure projects, and drive continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and workflows.

Your responsibilities 

  • Lead technology execution for the enterprise in collaboration with the Head of IT Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions tailored for the modern workplace, focus on efficiency and scalability;
  • Oversee the migration of Microsoft applications from SCCM to Intune ensuring a smooth transition and integration;
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain robust security measures and manage application through Intune providing technical support to end users;
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standards operating procedures (SOP’s) staying updated with industry trends and emerging technology;
  • Work with cross functional teams for seamless integration of infrastructure components and participate in infrastructure projects to drive continuous improvement.

What do you bring
We are looking for an individual who is able to lead IT teams without direct lines of authority and objectively evaluate solutions and make recommendations. You will have strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions, possess excellent communication skills and have experience in an international/multicultural environment. In addition, be proactive in learning and technological advancement, and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Security processes and solutions;
  • Expertise in Client Device & Peripherals, Client Software, Software Packaging and Distribution, Client OS Imaging, Client Management, Client Backup, Virtual Desktop, File & Print Services, and Office 365 SaaS;
  • Experience with Power Automate (Power Apps, Logic Apps, Runbooks) and PowerShell scripting;
  • Strategic thinking and experience in global project planning and execution;
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
