Accell is the largest bicycle manufacturer in Europe with renowned brands such as Batavus, KOGA, Haibike and Lapierre. You will be part of a small team of HR experts at Accell Group, which provides direction and support to the local and functional organizations. You report to the Global Director HR and are responsible for the overarching change strategy support , as well as supporting the Executive Board, Management Teams and functional and project teams in the implementation of the strategically important changes and improvement processes. You set the course, initiate changes, facilitate project teams, meetings and implementation. As a person you play an important role in realizing breakthroughs in the development of teams and organization.
We look for
We are looking for a team player, connector and inspirator. You are a professional in the field of change management with knowledge of the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ sides of organizing. You switch with ease between strategic, tactical and operational levels, you are an excellent communicator and you work well with all people. You preferably have experience in the manufacturing industry and / or consumer products. You are used to operating in international organizations at both holding and local level and with change challenges in multiple disciplines. You take the lead in a natural way and are a doer who likes to deliver projects from start to end. You understand human interaction, you have a strongly developed sense of empathy, yet you know how to bring difficult discussions to the table and do not shy away from conflicts.
Academically trained in, for example, Business Administration, Social Sciences or HR. Demonstrable change management training and / or experience.
